Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

The hotel offered comfortable beds, but the air conditioning took too long to cool the room. I appreciated the free breakfast options that helped kickstart our day. For future guests, make sure to check the AC upon arrival to avoid discomfort in the Louisiana heat.

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Zoo of Acadiana to see the colorful lory parrots and checked out the Cajundome for some live music. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfy, making it a solid choice for our getaway. Don't miss out on the local activities, they’re fun!

The only downside was a minor issue with breakfast not being available during our stay, which was a bummer since we were looking forward to starting our days with a decent meal.

Super 8 in Duson surprised me with its clean rooms and friendly service. I enjoyed the spacious bathroom and the lovely pool area. While the carpets felt dated, Ms. Virginia at the front desk made my stay memorable with her warmth and helpfulness. A great pit stop!

One Sleepless Night

Had a couple good stays here but the last one was tough. Place was decent and the free breakfast was a nice touch. Unfortunately, the noise from above kept me up all night. Called front desk twice and didn’t get any help. Just a bummer when you really need to rest.

The stay was decent for what we were looking for, which was just a place to rest after visiting nearby attractions like the Lucky Deuces Casino. The room was clean and comfortable enough, but I noticed the bathtub could use some repairs and the air conditioning unit didn’t seem to work properly due to a dusty filter. The front desk staff's language barrier did complicate communication a bit, but the overall experience was satisfactory. Just wish the pool had been open for my son's birthday, as we were hoping to enjoy it during our stay.
